QP payment amount threshold
QP payment amount threshold means the minimum threshold score specified in 414.1430(1) and (b)(1) that an eligible clinician must attain through the payment amount methodology described in 414.1435(a), (c), or (e) and 414.1440(b) to become a QP for a year.
