(2) In this subsection: (A) The term “Member of Congress” includes a Delegate or Resident Commissioner to the Congress. (B) The term “real property” includes structures, buildings, or other infrastructure of a military installation, roadways and defense access roads, and any other area on the grounds of a military installation.
