(A)The term “Chief of Service” means any of the following: (i)Chief of Staff of the Army. (ii)Chief of Naval Operations. (iii)Chief of Staff of the Air Force. (iv)Commandant of the Marine Corps. (v)Commandant of the Coast Guard.
