(B)For purposes of this subsection, the term “other Federal bank regulatory agencies” has the same meaning given to the term “appropriate Federal banking agency” in. (C)The officers and employees of the agency shall be— (i)subject to the Ethics in Government Act of 1978; and (ii)considered officers or employees of the United States for the purposes ofthrough 203, and sections 205 through 209, of title 18.
