(2) the term “appropriate Federal banking agency”— (A) has the same meaning as in section 1813 of this title ; and (B) includes the National Credit Union Administration Board in the case of any credit union the deposits of which are insured in accordance with the Federal Credit Union Act [ 12 U.S.C. 1751 et seq.];
