(2) Definitions For purposes of this subsection: (A) Covered agency The term “covered agency” means any of the following: (i) Any Federal banking agency. (ii) The Farm Credit Administration. (iii) The Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation. (iv) The National Credit Union Administration. (v) The Government Accountability Office. (vi) The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection. (vii) Federal Housing Finance Agency. (B) Privilege The term “privilege” includes any work-product, attorney-client, or other privilege recognized under Federal or State law.
