(2) Definitions For purposes of this subsection— (A) the term “depository institution” includes an uninsured branch or agency of a foreign bank, if such branch or agency is located in any State; and (B) the term “depository institution holding company” includes any foreign bank or company described in section 3106(a) of this title .
