(2) Definitions For purposes of this subsection— (A) the terms “customer”, “customer name security”, and “customer property and member property” have the same meanings as in sections 741 and 761 of title 11; and (B) the terms “commodity broker” and “stockbroker” have the same meanings as in section 101 of the Bankruptcy Code.
