(1) Historically underutilized business zone The term “historically underutilized business zone” means any area located within 1 or more— (A) qualified census tracts; (B) qualified nonmetropolitan counties; (C) lands within the external boundaries of an Indian reservation; (D) redesignated areas; (E) base closure areas; or (F) qualified disaster areas.
