(1) Secretaries The term “Secretaries” means— (A) the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Directors of the Bureau of Land Management, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Park Service, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs; and (B) the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service.
