(B) Inclusions The term “environmental law” includes— (i) the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 ( 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq.); (ii) the Solid Waste Disposal Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq.); (iii) the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.); (iv) the Clean Air Act ( 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.); (v) the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ( 7 U.S.C. 136 et seq.); (vi) the Toxic Substances Control Act ( 15 U.S.C. 2601 et seq.); (vii) the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300f et seq.); (viii) the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 ( 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.); and (ix) the Endangered Species Act of 1973 ( 16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.).
