(2)The term “Alaska Native organization” means an organization that has or commits to acquire expertise in the education of Alaska Natives and is— (A)an Indian tribe, as defined insection 5304 of title 25, that is an Indian tribe located in Alaska; (B)a “tribal organization”, as defined insection 5304 of title 25, that is a tribal organization located in Alaska; or (C)an organization listed in clauses (i) through (xii) ofsection 619(4)(B) of title 42, or the successor of an entity so listed.
