eligible student loans
(C)For the purpose of this subsection, the term “eligible student loans” means loans— (i)of the type described in subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C) of subsection (a)(4); and (ii)made under subpart I of part A of title VII of the Public Health Service Act [42 U.S.C. 292et seq.].
