(4) Drug The term “drug” includes— (A) controlled substances; (B) the illegal use of alcohol or tobacco, including smokeless tobacco products and electronic cigarettes; and (C) the harmful, abusive, or addictive use of substances, including inhalants and anabolic steroids.
