National Drug Control Program agency
(7)The term “National Drug Control Program agency” means any agency that is responsible for implementing any aspect of the National Drug Control Strategy, including any agency that receives Federal funds to implement any aspect of the National Drug Control Strategy, but does not include any agency that receives funds for drug control activity solely under the National Intelligence Program, the Joint Military Intelligence Program or Tactical Intelligence and Related Activities, or (for purposes of) an agency that is described in, unless such agency has been designated— (A)by the President; or (B)jointly by the Director and the head of the agency.
