(7) In this subsection, the term “reasonable time” means— (A) with respect to a member of the Service assigned to duty in the United States, 15 days after receiving notice of the proposed suspension; and (B) with respect to a member of the Service assigned to duty outside the United States, 30 days after receiving notice of the proposed suspension.
