(A)The term “diesel fuel” means— (i)any liquid (other than gasoline) which is suitable for use as a fuel in a diesel-powered highway vehicle, or a diesel-powered train, (ii)transmix, and (iii)diesel fuel blend stocks identified by the Secretary.
