COBRA continuation provision
(1) COBRA continuation provision The term “COBRA continuation provision” means any of the following: (A) Part 6 of this subtitle . (B) Section 4980B of title 26 , other than subsection (f)(1) of such section insofar as it relates to pediatric vaccines. (C) Title XXII of the Public Health Service Act [ 42 U.S.C. 300bb–1 et seq.].
