(1) “payment law” means— (A) the Act of June 20, 1910 (ch. 310, 36 Stat. 557 ); (B) section 33 of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1012 ); (C) the Act of May 23, 1908 ( 16 U.S.C. 500 ) or the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000; (D) section 5 of the Act of June 22, 1948 ( 16 U.S.C. 577g , 577g–1); (E) section 401(c)(2) of the Act of June 15, 1935 ( 16 U.S.C. 715s(c)(2) ); (F) section 17 of the Federal Power Act ( 16 U.S.C. 810 ); (G) section 35 of the Act of February 25, 1920 ( 30 U.S.C. 191 ); (H) section 6 of the Mineral Leasing Act for Acquired Lands ( 30 U.S.C. 355 ); (I) section 3 of the Act of July 31, 1947 ( 30 U.S.C. 603 ); and (J) section 10 of the Act of June 28, 1934 (known as the Taylor Grazing Act) ( 43 U.S.C. 315i ).
