(2) WIOA terms The terms “career planning”, “community-based organization”, “customized training”, “economic development agency”, “individual with a barrier to employment”, “industry or sector partnership”, “on-the-job training”, “recognized postsecondary credential”, and “workplace learning advisor” have the meanings given such terms in section 3102 of title 29 .
