TB-related services

(2) For purposes of subsection (a)(10), the term “TB-related services” means each of the following services relating to treatment of infection with tuberculosis: (A) Prescribed drugs. (B) Physicians’ services and services described in section 1396d(a)(2) of this title . (C) Laboratory and X-ray services (including services to confirm the presence of infection). (D) Clinic services and Federally-qualified health center services. (E) Case management services (as defined in section 1396n(g)(2) of this title ). (F) Services (other than room and board) designed to encourage completion of regimens of prescribed drugs by outpatients, including services to observe directly the intake of prescribed drugs.
