underrepresented minorities
(10) (A) Subject to subparagraph (B), the term “underrepresented minorities” means, with respect to a health profession, racial and ethnic populations that are underrepresented in the health profession relative to the number of individuals who are members of the population involved. (B) For purposes of subparagraph (A), Asian individuals shall be considered by the various subpopulations of such individuals.
