(3) the term “pregnancy-related death” means a death of a woman that occurs during, or within 1 year following, her pregnancy, regardless of the outcome, duration, or site of the pregnancy— (A) from any cause related to, or aggravated by, the pregnancy or its management; and (B) not from accidental or incidental causes.
