Secretary concerned
(17) The term “Secretary concerned” means— (A) the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, with respect to eligible federally assisted housing administered by such Secretary; and (B) the Secretary of Agriculture, with respect to eligible federally assisted housing administered by the Administrator of the Farmers Home Administration.
