(3) Personally identifiable information .— The term “personally identifiable information” means— (A) the mailing address or registration address of an individual; (B) an electronic address (including an email address) of an individual; or (C) the telephone number of an individual. 1 (D) the names of the aircraft owner or operator, if the owner or operator is an individual.
