(2) Appropriate industry partner The term “appropriate industry partner” means a contractor, licensee, or grantee (as defined in section 101(a) of Executive Order 12829 ( 50 U.S.C. 3161 note; relating to National Industrial Security Program), as in effect on the day before December 20, 2019 ) that is participating in the National Industrial Security Program established by such Executive Order.
