(3) Appropriate committee of Congress The term “appropriate committee of Congress” means— (A) the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate; (B) the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives; and (C) the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives.
