The Royal Decree of 26 April 2024 Granting a Subsidy to the Non-Profit “European LGBT Police Association” for the “Rainbow Cops” Project, grants a subsidy to the non-profit European LGBT Police Association to cover certain costs related to the “Rainbow Cops” project. This decision forms part of the Belgian national budget and supports the association’s initiatives at the European level.

Article 11(B) of the Evidence Act provides special protections for vulnerable witnesses when testifying in criminal proceedings. Vulnerable witnesses are defined as individuals under 16 years of age, persons with intellectual disabilities, victims of sexual offenses, or others deemed disadvantaged. These protections are intended to preserve the dignity of such witnesses and prevent intimidation during testimony.

Law 10/2022, of September 6, 2022, on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom

Organic Law 10/2022, of September 6, 2022, amends various provisions of previous laws, including Organic Law 14/2015, Law 4/2015, and Organic Law 3/2007, among others in Spain to prevent sexual violence and protect victims’ rights. The law creates a system that is both responsive to victims and ensures fair, proportional punishment for perpetrators of sexually violent acts.

New Jersey Revised Statutes § 52:4B-51 requires the Attorney General, through the Department of Law and Public Safety, to establish and oversee a statewide Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program. The statute defines a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner as a registered nurse with specialized forensic and medical training to provide trauma-informed care to sexual assault victims and to collect and preserve evidence for criminal investigation and prosecution.

The Social Services Act of 1978 established the Domestic Violence Prevention and Treatment Board, which was later reorganized and renamed the Domestic and Sexual Violence Prevention and Treatment Board by Executive Order No. 2012-17. The Board is required to conduct its business in public meetings with prior public notice specifying the time, date, and place.
