Mudge is suspended, with pay, effective immediately from his office of Town Justice of Town of Coeymans and Village Justice of Village of Ravena, Albany County, pursuant to New York State Constitution, Article 6, section 22, subd. f and g, and Judiciary Law section 44, subd. 8(b) and (c). Chief Judge Wachtler and Judges Simons, Kaye, Alexander, Titone, Hancock and Bellacosa concur.
