1 No. 193 [1996 NY Int.178 ]
Decided October 10, 1996
This memorandum is uncorrected and subject to revision before publication in the New York Reports.

 John Gemmill, for Appellant.
Gregory H. Mansfield, for Respondent.

MEMORANDUM:

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

The grounds defendant now advances for challenging the lawfulness of the search were not presented to the trial court. We therefore conclude that defendant failed to preserve his present claims for this Court's review.
