On the Court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Salvador Collazo is suspended with pay, effective immediately, from the offices of Judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York and Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, 1st Judicial District, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Titone, Bellacosa, Smith, Levine, Ciparick and Wesley concur.
