On consideration of the continuation of this Court's August 3, 1998 
suspension, with pay, of Hon. Curtis J. VanTassel from his office 
of Justice of the LeRay Town Court, Jefferson County, it is 
determined that the suspension continue, with pay.  

Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Titone, Bellacosa, Smith, Levine, 
Ciparick and Wesley concur.
