Ala. Admin. Code r. 255-X-1-.05 - Election Of Board Officials And Appointment Of Board Employees
(1) The Board shall
elect a chair and a vice chair and such other officers as it deems necessary
from its members to serve for terms of one year.
(2) The Board may employ such personnel as
necessary to carry out the provisions of Code of Ala.
