Ala. Admin. Code r. 255-X-5-.01 - General

An applicant who has met the requirements of Code of Ala. 1975, § 34-8A-7(l) through (4) and Chapter 255-X-3-.01(2)(a) through (2)(b) l-ll, will be granted permission to take the written examination.
