Ala. Admin. Code r. 335-11-2-.20 - Funding Decisions
The Department may deny a DWSRF application if, in the opinion of the Department, it cannot be clearly established that the applicant has the technical, financial, and managerial ability to repay the loan and operate its system in a sustainable fashion. The Department may also deny a DWSRF application in order to preserve the sustainability of the DWSRF program.
