Ala. Admin. Code r. 335-4-1-.03 - Penalty For Violations

No person shall violate any of the provisions of 335-4. Violation of 335-4 shall be considered to be a violation of Code of Ala. 1975, § 22-40A-1 et seq., and shall be punishable as provided therein or by the Environmental Management Act.
