NPDES permits issued to operators of large or medium municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4 s) shall include the applicable requirements of 40 CFR § 122.42(c) (20 1 6 ). NPDES permits issued to operators of small MS4' s shall include the applicable requirements of 40 CFR § § 122.30- 122.37 (2016).
