Ala. Admin. Code r. 375-X-1-.02 - Statutory And Rulemaking Authority
The Department was created by the adoption of the "Alabama Homeland Security Act of 2003." This Act is codified as Section 31-9A-1 through 16. Rulemaking authority is granted to the Department by Code of Ala. 1975, § 31-9A-5(c)(7).
