Ala. Admin. Code r. 380-X-3-.13 - Acceptable Documentation Of Citizenship/Legal Presence In The United States

Pursuant to Section 34-12-4(5), Code of Ala. 1975, all applicants for registration will be required to submit to the Board at the time of application documentation which proves one is a United States citizen or is in the United States legally. U.S. citizens must provide a legible copy of at least one document listed in Section 31-13-29(g), Code of Ala. 1975. Non-citizens must provide a legible copy of at least one document listed in Section 31-13-3(10), Code of Ala. 1975. A recent photograph of the applicant (head and shoulders) must also be affixed to the application.
