Ala. Admin. Code r. 465-X-2-.04 - Meetings
(1) Within 30 days
after the annual appointment of new members, the Board shall meet for the
purpose of organizing and transacting such business as may properly come before
it.
(2) The Board also shall meet
at least quarterly, and at such other times as the Chairman may designate. A
majority of the members of the Board also may call a special meeting of the
Board.
(3) Each member of the Board
shall be given at least ten days' notice of the time, place, and purpose of any
regular or special meeting, unless such notice is waived by the individual
member or unless such member is present at the called meeting. The Executive
Director shall cause such reasonable notice of the meetings of the Board to be
given to the media as shall be appropriate under the circumstances.
