Ala. Admin. Code r. 465-X-2-.06 - Roster Of Licensees

The Board shall publish, electronically or otherwise, by March 31 of each year a complete roster of all licenses issued and renewed for that calendar year. The board may provide mailing lists of licensees to only approved continuing education providers, who have signed an agreement restricting the use thereof to solely dissemination of approved continuing education course information.
