Ala. Admin. Code r. 482-1-055-.09 - Subsidiaries Of Domestic Insurers

The authority to invest in subsidiaries under subsection (b) of Section 27-29-2 is in addition to any authority to invest in subsidiaries which may be contained in any other provision of the Insurance Code.
