Ala. Admin. Code r. 482-1-097-.10 - Severability

If any rule or portion of a rule of this chapter or the applicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainder of the chapter or the applicability of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
