Ala. Admin. Code r. 482-1-132-.11 - Penalties

An insurer or its officer, directors, producers or employees that violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or knowingly participate in or abet such violation, shall be subject to a fine up to $1000 for each violation and suspension or revocation of its certificate of authority or license.
