Ala. Admin. Code r. 482-1-165-.03 - Military Family Jobs Opportunity Act Applicants
(1) A person meeting the eligibility
requirements of Section
31-1-6 and the requirements for
licensing as an insurance producer or service representative pursuant to
Chapter 7 of Title 27, or an independent adjuster license pursuant to Chapter 9
of Title 27, or a title insurance agent license pursuant to Chapter 25 of Title
27, is eligible for a waiver of the initial license fee. Instructions for
filing an application with a waiver of the initial licensing fee will be posted
on the Department's Website.
(2) An
application submitted pursuant to paragraph(1) will be processed within 30 days
after receiving the application.
