Ala. Admin. Code r. 535-X-12T-.03 - Scope
This Chapter applies to all persons and business entities that prepare for transport or transport manufactured housing units into or within the State of Alabama. It is for the protection of the motoring public, pedestrians, and end-users of manufactured housing units.
