Ala. Admin. Code r. 535-X-12T-.12 - Enforcement
In addition to the AMHC and AMHC personnel, the provisions of this Chapter may be enforced by Alabama Department of Transportation, the Alabama Public Service Commission, and the Alabama Department of Public Safety.
