Ala. Admin. Code r. 535-X-16-.03 - Schedule Of Fees

(1) The Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission's Advisory Board may recommend a schedule of fees to the Administrator to pay the operating costs incurred by the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission for the administration and enforcement of its statutory and regulatory responsibilities. The establishment or revision of a schedule of fees may be recommended by the Advisory Board at any regular or called meetings of the Commission.

(2) The administrator will establish and publish a schedule of fees or a revision thereof in the Commission meeting minutes.
