Ala. Admin. Code r. 540-X-18-.14 - Controlled Substances Prescription Database Access
All CRNPs or CNMs possessing a QACSC who are permitted access to the information in the controlled substances database shall abide by the requirements and limitations stated in §§ 20-2-210 through 20-2-220, Code of Ala. 1975, as amended, where applicable.
