Ala. Admin. Code r. 540-X-7-.02 - Categories Of Assistants To Physicians

Current through Register Vol. 40, No. 6, March 31, 2022

The two categories of assistants to physicians which are recognized for licensure and registration by the Board are the following:

(1) Physician assistant (P.A.) (Rules 540-X-7-.03 through 540-X-7-.33 apply);
(2) Anesthesiologist Assistant (A. A.) (Code of Ala. 1975, Rules 540-X-7-.34 through 540-X-7-.62 ).
